Marcel M. Cohen, Founder of Vita Wellness Center (formerly North York Applied Oncology) serving Canada and the USA. Marcel has also initiated Clinics and Centers of Excellence in Integrative Cardiology,Vascular , Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Uro-Oncology, Oncology, Advanced Dermatology, and many other over a period of three decades.
Marcel’s Academic interest and work experience revolved around high frequency Electrical Engineering including the effects of Radiation on human brain from cell phones. He was the Associate Director of Research at Bell Canada where he established and managed a great number of projects in cooperation with Nortel and BNR -Bell Nortel Research. His work promulgated to all other telecom companies in Canada and around the world through his participation in National and International Standards setting bodies, where much of his and his teams’ work led to setting various world standards.
His work evolved into Brain Cancer Research with the goal of mitigating the effects of Radiation from Electronic Sources onto human brain. His work also involved applied research and mitigation of Conducted and Radiated Electromagnetic Interference, and ESD –Electrostatic Discharge, between Electronic devices including Telecom and Medical Devices.
Marcel had a Classification by the Government of Canada under the auspices of Bell Canada to work on the effects HEMP (High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse) on North American power grid, on military and civilian communications grid and all other electrical and electronic devices. Together with his team of university and corporate researchers he produced design standards on the subject adopted by North American and European Standards bodies.
He served in the Military as an Air Force Lieutenant and was stationed in the Middle East. His occupations around the world with the Military, Governments, Universities and Corporations culminated in transition to Healthcare Industry in Canada as a Medical Engineer -where he has been promulgating life prolonging adjunct protocols for terminally ill patients. The basic purpose of his Medical Operations is to develop the technologies for a disease free long life.

Marcel Attended the Universities of Tel-Aviv, and Technion -Institute of Technology in Israel, University of Western Ontario, and York University in Canada; Military Officers’ School in the Middle East. He was Engineering Department Associate at the University of Toronto; provided Corporate Funding for Research and Managed University Projects at the Universities of Toronto, Western Ontario, Wilfrid Laurier and Ottawa University.
During his Academic Studies and as a Corporate Partner in University Projects he co-authored a great many peer reviewed papers.
